Hi friend! We’re excited to share our Ghost crochet pattern Kawaii Cuddler™ with you!
Here are some fun facts we found about Ghosts while researching our pattern:
- Slimer is the grotesque green ghost featured in the “Ghostbuster” films and cartoons. He’s green, he’s obnoxious, and he can spew slime… what’s not to love?
- Casper (whose legal last name is “The Friendly Ghost”) is the white-outlined, smiling ghost who tries not to scare people.
- The Flying Dutchman, the world’s best-known non-human ghost, is a seventeenth-century merchant ship said to haunt the high seas. The Flying Dutchman most recently appeared in movie theaters across the country in the”Pirates of the Caribbean” films.
Our Ghost crochet pattern is happy to join our other Halloween friend’s Sugar Skull Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler™, Witch Hat Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler™, & Jack O’ Lantern Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler™.
This is a beginner level pattern. Our finished Ghost project is 9″ x 10″ using the recommended hook size. You are welcome to go up or down a hook size to create a different dimension. You can even hold two pieces of yarn together with a larger hook to create a giant cuddler. The sky is the limit!
If you’ve never worked one of our Kawaii Cuddler™ patterns, they are geared towards beginners. You will work two flat pieces and single crochet them together to finish the piece. Even if you’ve never been able to crochet from a pattern before, we’re confident you can create with a 3amgracedesigns pattern. Hello! What are the finished measurements of the ghost? I’m using a dk weight yarn (feels like butta) so I’m wondering if it will be much different.
