Hi friend! Summer is here! We’re excited to share our BBQ Sauce crochet pattern Kawaii Cuddler™ with you!
Some fun facts about BBQ Sauce:
1 – Some place the origin of barbecue sauce at the formation of the first American colonies in the 17th century. References to the sauce start occurring in both English and French literature over the next two hundred years.
2 – BBQ sauce begins with key ingredients such as tomato, vinegar, and mustard, and expand from there with different regional flares and styles.
3 – A survey of American consumers found that the three most popular brands of barbecue sauce in 2017 were Sweet Baby Ray’s, Kraft Original, and KC Masterpiece.
Our BBQ Sauce crochet pattern is happy to join our other Summer friends Grill Kawaii Cuddler™, Sandcastle Kawaii Cuddler™, and Smore Kawaii Cuddler™.
This is a beginner level pattern. Our finished BBQ Sauce project is 5.5″ x 10.5″ using the recommended hook size. You are welcome to go up or down a hook size to create a different dimension. You can even hold two pieces of yarn together with a larger hook to create a giant cuddler. The sky is the limit!
If you’ve never worked one of our Kawaii Cuddler™ patterns, they are geared towards beginners. You will work two flat pieces and single crochet them together to finish the piece. Even if you’ve never been able to crochet from a pattern before, we’re confident you can create with a 3amgracedesigns pattern.
