How To Crochet A Bird Amigurumi Cuddler Pillow, Complete With Rosy Kawaii Cheeks And Smile! Our Bird Crochet Pattern Works Up Quickly!

Hi friend! We’re excited to share our Bird crochet pattern Kawaii Cuddler® with you. Spring is nearing – although the temperatures and snow some of you are experiencing would suggest otherwise. We can think Spring right?

Some fun facts about birds:

1 – There are around 10000 different species of birds worldwide.
2 – The Ostrich is the largest bird in the world. It also lays the largest eggs and has the fastest maximum running speed (97 kph).
3 – Some bird species are intelligent enough to create and use tools.

Our Bird crochet pattern is happy to join our other spring friends Butterfly Kawaii Cuddler™, Dragonfly Kawaii Cuddler™, and Snail Kawaii Cuddler™.

This is a beginner level pattern. Our finished Bird project is 9″ x 8″ using the recommended hook size. You are welcome to go up or down a hook size to create a different dimension. You can even hold two pieces of yarn together with a larger hook to create a giant cuddler. The sky is the limit!

If you’ve never worked one of our Kawaii Cuddler® patterns, they are geared towards beginners. You will work two flat pieces and single crochet them together to finish the piece. Even if you’ve never been able to crochet from a pattern before, we’re confident you can create with a 3amgracedesigns pattern. We encourage you to join our Facebook Group where we remain active helping with questions! We love passing our love for the craft on to others!

Question about pattern. It says to make 1 beak. Do we just do it on one panel or one on each of the panels?

Hi Yvonne! You make one beak on each panel.
