Kindness doesn’t always have to be materials. I tell my son everyday that kindness is free. It’s a smile, a gentle touch, and/or a kind word to someone that needs it. Our stairway has a sign that reads Kindness Matters. My desk has the following printable I created as a reminder. Please feel free to download and print it for your own home. Together, we can change our world.

    Thank you for the kindness matters download. I had a wooden sign that I hand painted that hung by the door for years that said “Be Kind” to remind my kids as they walked out into the world. You’ve inspired me today to be kind, so I am going to pay it forward in some small way to make someone smile.
