He is happy to join his Easter friends Easter Egg Kawaii Cuddler™, Bunny Kawaii Cuddler™, Chick Kawaii Cuddler™, and Carrot Kawaii Cuddler™.
This is a beginner level pattern. The techniques you will need to know are single crochet, single crochet increase, and single crochet decrease. Our finished project is 18″ using the recommended hook size. You are welcome to go up or down a hook size to create a different dimension. You can even hold two pieces of yarn together with a larger hook to create a giant cuddler. The sky is the limit!
If you’ve never worked one of our Kawaii Cuddler® patterns, they are geared towards beginners. You will work two flat pieces and single crochet them together to finish the piece. Even if you’ve never been able to crochet from a pattern before, we’re confident you can create with a 3amgracedesigns pattern. We encourage you to join our Facebook Group where we remain active helping with questions! We love passing our love for the craft on to others!
We hope you enjoy making your very own peep crochet pattern kawaii cuddler! We can’t wait to see your creativity. When you complete one, please post it in our Facebook group or tag us on Instagram #3amgracedesigns. We love seeing your work!

Hi,
Do you have a pattern for a smaller version of the Easter Peep Kawaii Cuddler?
Thank you!
[email protected] says
Hi Cindy! I do not – however, you can use a smaller hook and that will bring down the size some.
Nancy Belmudes Gambill says
I used a G, for me it came out 12”, made an 18” also, so cute. Taking pix on Saturday, I will share!
Karen says
Hello, I want to make these for our grandkids. How many skiens does a Peep take? Thank you
[email protected] says
Hi Karen! I don’t have the exact yardage but I know it didn’t take more than one skein per Peep when I was using an H Hook. Can’t wait to see yours!
Jan says
This is so adorable I’d love to make a big squishy one with bernet blanket yarn with a N hook do you think this is possible to do following your pattern?
[email protected] says
Yes – others have done it with success 🙂
Arionna Sigona says

Hi Arionna!
We do not have a video of this pattern. You are welcome to email me at [email protected] or post in our Facebook group and we’ll gladly help you!

When it says Inc…. I’m guessing you mean 2sc in one stitch. Is that correct…. I’m making a peep n row 2 just doesn’t look right for some reason. Am I doing it right please?
[email protected] says
Hi Catherine!
Yes, Inc means two single crochets in the same stitch. For Row 2, you will single crochet in the first stitch, two single crochets in the next stitch, one single crochet in the next seven stitches, two single crochets in the next stitch, and one single crochet in the last stitch.
Catherine says
Thanks…. I was doing that but for some reason it didn’t look right. But now I’m thinking its the bottom so it’s supposed to be rounded

Keep going 🙂 It will turn out right! <3
Chrissy says
So I’m doing this with the Bernat Blanket yarn and a 5.5 mm hook. One skein per panel and it’s taller than my 4 year old!!! She’s just about 3.5 ft tall. I can’t stop laughing as this is going to be a birthday gift for a one year old. She can grow into it lol. Thank you for the pattern. It has worked up beautifully.
[email protected] says
That sounds amazing Chrissy! Can’t wait to see it!
Sara says

I am new to crocheting and awful at reading patterns but I want to make this. Working on the Fornite cal now, loving it by the way!! In this peep bunny what are the numbers at the end of the row in parentheses? Sorry for such a dumb question.
[email protected] says
Never a dumb question. Those are the stitch counts for the row. If the number in parenthesis is 12, you should have 12 stitches in your row when it’s complete.
Lynette Magde says
Question….
Row 64 After the decrease shouldn’t that then be the next row?
Or are you saying.. continue on that same row till end??
*Can’t wait to finish my snuggly bunny using BERNAT Blanket yarn <3
[email protected] says
Hi Lynette!
You are going to build both a left ear and a right ear with Row 64.
Diane says
I made 4 of these with the new Bernat Velvet. They are so soft & cuddly! I was able to get 2 peeps from 1 skein. Thank you!!
[email protected] says
Oh I bet! That yarn is so soft and squishy!
Julie says
Do you ch1 and turn or not? Ty
[email protected] says
Hi Julie! All of our patterns are noted: Unless otherwise specified, you will Ch1 and turn at the end of each row throughout the pattern. <3
Judy says
Hi, I can’t wait to make some of these to go with my baby blanket for a friend. I want to thank you for writing the number of stitches at the end in parentheses! I am not the greatest crocheter so this really helps keep the project on track especially when the number of stitches are important.
Thanks again!

You’re very welcome!
