How To Crochet A State of West Virginia Amigurumi Cuddler Pillow With Rosy Cheeks And Kawaii Smile. Our State of West Virginia Crochet Pattern Works Up Quickly!

Hi friend! We are excited to share our State of West Virginia crochet pattern Kawaii Cuddler® with you!

Here are some fun facts we found about the State of West Virginia while researching our pattern:

  1. One of the world’s first suspension bridges was built in Wheeling in November of 1849.
  2. Camping in WV is fun to do because there is no shortage of places to go. Nearly 75 percent of the state is covered by forests.
  3. West Virginia became the first state to have a sales tax. The tax went into effect on July 1, 1921.

Our State of West Virginia crochet pattern is happy to join our other State friend’s State of Texas Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler®, State of Virginia Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler®, & State of Pennsylvania Crochet Pattern Kawaii Cuddler®.

This is a beginner level pattern. Our finished State of West Virginia project is 11″ x 12″ tall using the recommended hook size. You are welcome to go up or down a hook size to create a different dimension. You can even hold two pieces of yarn together with a larger hook to create a giant cuddler. The sky is the limit!

If you have never worked one of our Kawaii Cuddler® patterns, they are geared towards beginners. You will work two flat pieces and single crochet them together to finish the piece. Even if you have never been able to crochet from a pattern before, we are confident you can create with a 3amgracedesigns pattern. We encourage you to join our Facebook Group where we remain active helping with questions! We love passing our love for the craft on to others!

We hope you enjoy making your very own State of West Virginia! We cannot wait to see your creativity. When you complete one, please post it in our Facebook group or tag us on Instagram #3amgracedesigns. We love seeing your work!

You all did such a great job on this! I know it was a real challenege. I figured it would be one of the last state patterns. I have several to make for friends. Thanks!!!! The state I live in now is Utah. That one should be WAY easier.

Hello! I had a question about the pattern. Are the panhandles considered part of the make 2 for the body to be stuffed or are they just singular and flat pieces. Thank you!!

Hi Kiley! They are included in the Make 2.
